Educational Qualification
- Finance Strategy: MBA / PG Diploma in Management Finance / MMS Finance / ICAI / CFA with Bachelor Degree.
- IT Strategy: B.E / B.Tech / M.Tech / M.E / MCA in Computer Science, IT or related discipline.
- Human Resource Strategy: Master’s in HRM / MBA HR / Industrial Relations.
- Other posts require relevant postgraduate, professional or technical qualification with experience.
Age Limit
For most Specialist posts, the age limit is 30 to 45 years. Post-wise age limit may vary as per the official notification.
Salary Details
- Consultant Finance / IT / HR / Strategy: ₹24 lakh to ₹45 lakh per annum
- Senior Climate Finance Specialist: ₹4.00 lakh per month
- Additional Chief Risk Manager: ₹3.85 lakh per month
- Risk Manager – Market Risk: ₹3.00 lakh per month

Selection Process
The selection process will be based on shortlisting, eligibility verification and interview. NABARD will verify eligibility at the interview or joining stage.
Contract Period
The appointment will be on contract basis for 02 years, extendable further based on performance and NABARD requirements.
