Educational Qualification
- B.Sc / B.E / B.Tech in relevant discipline from a recognized institute.
- Manager HR: MBA / PG Degree / PG Diploma in HR, Personnel Management, PM & IR or Labour Welfare.
- Jr. Draftsman Grade I: Diploma in Chemical / Mechanical Engineering with minimum 65% marks.
- Junior Assistant Grade III HR: Full-time BBA with minimum 60% marks.
Age Limit
The upper age limit is 40 years. Age relaxation will be applicable as per rules.
Salary Details
- Senior Manager: ₹90,000 – ₹2,40,000
- Manager: ₹80,000 – ₹2,20,000
- Engineer: ₹60,000 – ₹1,80,000
- Jr. Draftsman Grade I: ₹26,500 – ₹1,15,000
- Junior Assistant Grade III HR: ₹25,000 – ₹1,00,000
Selection Process
The selection process will include Skill Test and Personal Interview.
Experience Required
Candidates may require 1, 5, 8 or 12 years of relevant post-qualification experience based on the post category.
