Job Description
The selected Project Engineer-I candidates will work on engineering projects related to electronic and electrical systems. The role may involve installation, commissioning, testing, product support and integration of systems. In addition to monthly remuneration, BEL will pay ₹12,000 per year towards reimbursement of expenses such as medical insurance premium, life insurance premium, uniforms, stitching charges and footwear allowance. Project Engineers who complete the overall tenure of 4 years will be eligible for a retention bonus of ₹1,00,000, payable at the end of 4 years.
Age Limit
The upper age limit is 32 years as on 01 June 2026 for General and EWS candidates. Age relaxation is applicable as per rules: 3 years for OBC candidates, 5 years for SC/ST candidates and 10 years for PwBD candidates in addition to category relaxation.
